Clothing & Item Donations

• At this time, we cannot accept clothing donations in advance. When a family reaches out with an urgent need, we will share their request publicly and gather items immediately for them. We will however accept item donations such as toys/gifts

• All donations are final and non-refundable.

• We are exploring ways to track each dollar more publicly, but please note that platforms that offer this also cost money. In the meantime, every dollar will flow through one dedicated account for accountability.

Transparency & Accountability

• All donations are placed into a dedicated savings account, currently at zero balance, so every future dollar movement can be tracked clearly.

• We are not yet a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit but are operating as a community project with full intent to begin the process of becoming a 501(c)(3). This process is costly and time-consuming, but we are committed to it.

How Donations Are Used

• Contributions go toward the purchase of toys, clothing, and emergency necessities for families in crisis.

• Every act of assistance will be documented on our social media, so you can see exactly how your donations are making a difference.

• Please note: While we strive to put as much as possible directly into items for families, some donations may also cover essential operational costs such as fuel, vehicle use, U-Haul rentals, or storage fees, because these expenses are part of getting items into the hands of those who need them most.
